F&B; Attendant – Pilbara Region, Remote Western Australia

Bring your Australian hospitality experience, strong customer service skills and confidence working in a busy bottleshop environment to this remote Pilbara venue in Western Australia.

This is a hands-on F&B; role with a robust focus on bottleshop operations, merchandising, stock management and customer service, so we're looking for someone practical, reliable and comfortable getting stuck in.

Immediate Start | Minimum 6-Month Commitment

Set in a relaxed coastal location, the venue is a popular local hub offering fresh food, cold drinks, TAB facilities and a drive-through bottleshop. Outside of work, you'll have easy access to the ocean and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the laid-back regional lifestyle.

Pay and Benefits

- Casual position
- Monday–Friday before 7pm: $33.85 per hour
- Saturday: $40.62 per hour
- Sunday: $47.39 per hour
- Accommodation: $125 per week – own room in a shared house within walking distance
- 50% off meals

About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on position with the majority of your time spent working in the drive-through bottleshop. You'll need to be confident dealing with customers, handling cash, keeping stock organised and maintaining a well-presented retail environment.

You'll also assist with general food and beverage duties across the venue as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Serving customers and providing friendly, efficient service
- Working within the drive-through bottleshop
- General food and beverage duties,



including taking food orders and making drinks
- Cash handling and operating the point-of-sale system
- Responsible service of alcohol
- Restocking fridges and cool rooms
- Unloading incoming stock and deliveries
- Using an electric pallet jack to move pallets
- Setting up and maintaining attractive product displays
- Merchandising and maintaining stock presentation
- Updating advertising and displays for weekly specials
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and well presented
- Assisting with other hospitality duties as required

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous Australian experience in a similar hospitality or bottleshop role
- Can commit to a minimum of six months
- Holds a current RSA Certificate – essential
- Is confident providing excellent customer service
- Is comfortable working in a busy environment and staying calm under pressure
- Has a positive, reliable temperament and strong work ethic
- Takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Is physically capable of handling stock and assisting with deliveries
- Has a Forklift Licence (highly regarded) or is willing to obtain one
- Enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to assist wherever needed
