Rosso Coffee is looking for an experienced barista to join our espresso bar team in the Melbourne CBD.
We’re looking for someone who is fast, reliable and genuinely cares about great coffee and customer service.
What we’re looking for:

Strong specialty coffee experience

Confident working in a busy, high-volume environment

Excellent milk texturing and espresso skills

Fast, clean and organised on bar

Friendly, professional and comfortable engaging with customers

Reliable and punctual

Able to work well as part of a small team

The role:

Melbourne CBD location

Daytime hours





Monday–Friday operation

High-quality equipment and specialty coffee

Work directly with a Melbourne-based coffee roaster
