In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining property and client databases and delivering accurate market intelligence that contributes to the team's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update CRM databases, property listings and client records.
- Ensure property, contact and market information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, market analysis and business development activities.
- Support agents with listing management, comparable sales and leasing evidence, and property searches.
- Maintain marketing and mailing lists to support targeted campaigns.
- Assist with submissions, presentations and client reporting.
- Coordinate database updates from agents and research sources.
