Tracksuit is seeking a Brand Champion to partner with customers and unlock value from brand tracking data. You’ll be the voice of the customer, share insights with product and marketing, and help customers adopt Tracksuit deeply.
The role blends data, storytelling, brand knowledge, and relationship-building across SMB to Enterprise accounts. You’ll collaborate with Growth, Product, and Solutions teams to hit CS KPIs, driving retention and growth while aligning on product roadmaps.
