My client is a well-established business operating within the agricultural sector, with multiple sites across Victoria. They have a strong focus on biosecurity, animal welfare, safety and maintaining high operational standards.

Your new role
Reporting to the Facilities Services and Maintenance Manager, you'll manage pest control activities across the Huntly location and other rostered sites.

This is an autonomous role where you'll manage your own workload across multiple locations, maintaining pest control systems and supporting the Maintenance Team when required. Your responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting, cleaning and replenishing rat bait stations
- Monitoring pest activity and removing deceased vermin
- Rotating bait types to help prevent resistance
- Managing insect control across multiple sites
- Maintaining accurate site records and reports
- Following biosecurity and animal welfare procedures
- Completing vehicle and equipment checks
- Supporting the Facilities and Maintenance Team as required

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous pest control experience or practical knowledge
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently across multiple sites
- A hands-on and proactive approach




- Good communication and reporting skills
- A strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- The ability to work within a biosecure environment
- Experience within poultry, agriculture, farming or a similar environment would be highly regarded.
