- Take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of the practice.
- Monitor key practice KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure outstanding tasks,

- Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and work towards practical solutions.
- Maintain high standards across all front-of-house operations.
Clinic Operations
- Oversee the smooth running of the practice each day.
- Ensure systems, processes and procedures are followed.
- Support onboarding and training of new administration team members.
- Work with the Leadership Team to implement new processes and initiatives.

About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys leading people.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in Practice Management, Team Leadership, Medical/Allied Health Administration or a similar role.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong customer service mindset and the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
- Confidence having difficult conversations and holding people accountable.
- A proactive approach - you see what needs to be done and get on with it.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support.
- Experience with healthcare administration and practice management systems.
- An understanding of NDIS, Workers Compensation and Support At Home care would be highly regarded.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership.
You don't need to know everything on day one. We can teach you our systems and processes. What we need is someone who is willing to learn, asks questions, follows things through and takes responsibility for making their practice better.
The Support You’ll Have
You won't be doing it alone.
You will work closely with our Operations Manager, Director, Marketing/Business Development Manager and Clinical Leads, as well as the Practice Managers at our other two locations.
You'll have access to support, guidance and a wider leadership team - while having clear ownership of the day-to-day management of your practice.
