This is a Senior Client Service Manager role in the financial services sector, responsible for managing client and adviser office workflow using Todoist and implementing recommended strategies. You will communicate with existing and new clients and third parties to coordinate reviews and meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Check for new bookings and task team for file notes
- Check emails and reply to clients and third parties as needed
- Save email correspondence with clients and advisers where relevant
- Conduct detailed checks and updates of workflow program (Todoist) and update team during workflow meetings
- Create Todoist cards for review clients a month before meetings and share with team members
- Prepare and send Ongoing Service Agreements and invoices, ensuring all agreements are signed on time and sent to HQ
- Send Review Packs to clients and assist them in booking meetings
- Audit review client folders and create tasks to collect current documents
- Check and update expired binding nominations on client FSS accounts and KYC on client Fiducian Investment accounts
- Email prospects booking information and online form links, and facilitate first consult booking
About you
- At least 5 years experience in the financial services sector
- Ability to manage client and adviser office workflow
- Solid communication skills with existing and new clients and third parties
- Proficiency with task management and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and compliance awareness
