As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you'll combine your clinical expertise with people leadership, supporting the Clinic Manager to drive team performance, client satisfaction and operational excellence.

You'll continue delivering exceptional laser and skin treatments while taking on greater responsibility within the clinic. From coaching team members and supporting clinic operations to driving performance and creating an exceptional client experience, you'll play a key role in the success of both the team and the business.

How you'll lead, support and grow

- Deliver advanced laser and skin treatments to the highest clinical standards

- Conduct professional consultations and develop personalised treatment plans

- Support the Clinic Manager with the day-to-day operation of the clinic

- Assist in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team

- Mentor and coach team members through leading by example

- Help drive clinic performance through strong client outcomes and commercial results

- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and skincare recommendations

- Deliver outstanding client experiences at every stage of the journey

What makes you a great fit

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy is preferred

- Experience using medical-grade laser devices, with Candela experience highly regarded

- Proven success as a high-performing Laser & Skin Therapist

- Previous leadership, senior therapist or team coaching experience preferred

- Solid communication and customer service skills

- Confidence working towards KPIs and business goals

- A passion for developing people and supporting team success

- A positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
