The role & team

Working closely with experienced Corporate Partners, you will advise on a broad range of complex transactions and commercial arrangements for an established client base.

Your work will include mergers and acquisitions, share and asset transactions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, investment arrangements and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.

At the more senior level, you will also have opportunities to supervise junior lawyers, manage matters and client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Experience required

- Approximately 4–8 years PAE in corporate law
- Strong mergers and acquisitions and transactional experience
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial skills
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
