With new senior leadership within both the People & Culture and Operations functions, the organisation is focused on evolving its people practices, improving processes and ensuring the HR function is well positioned to support the next stage of growth.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT

THE ROLE
You will provide hands-on HR business partnering support across the employee lifecycle, working closely with leaders to navigate people matters and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions. Alongside your business partnering responsibilities, you will support performance, remuneration and promotion cycles, review and improve existing HR processes and policies, and contribute to broader initiatives across employee engagement, WGEA, benefits, surveys, reporting and analytics.



You will also play an important role in mentoring and developing other members of the HR team, providing technical HR guidance and helping build capability across the function.

THE CRITERIA
You will be an experienced HR professional with approximately 7+ years' experience, ideally operating at Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager level within a professional services setting.
You will bring broad generalist HR capability and be comfortable moving between strategic stakeholder conversations and detailed operational HR matters.
