We are seeking a highly capable Data & Performance Lead to support the WA Housing Contract, providing the data, insights and performance intelligence required to drive stronger operational, commercial and contractual outcomes.

This role will operate in a large, complex and data-intensive environment, working across multiple systems, stakeholders, vendors and stringent contractual business rules. You will play a key role in transforming operational data into reliable information, actionable insights and clear performance reporting.

The Role

Working closely with Contract Managers, Regional Operations supervisors, Quality Managers, Business Analysts, Vendor Governance, Business Systems, Procurement, Sustainability, Asset Management and Operational Excellence, you will provide a trusted source of performance information across the contract.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with large and complex datasets, understanding the operational story behind the numbers and identifying opportunities to improve performance, productivity, compliance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain contract performance dashboards, reporting and analytical tools that provide clear visibility of operational and contractual performance.
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, exceptions, emerging risks and performance improvement opportunities.
- Support monitoring and analysis of KPIs, SLAs, work order performance, overdue work, vendor performance, claims, rejects, variations and other key contract measures.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations for Contract Management and operational leadership.
- Establish and maintain strong data governance, integrity and quality controls,



ensuring agreed security and governance frameworks are consistently followed.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency and reliability of data and information used for operational and client reporting.
- Work within complex contractual requirements and stringent business rules to ensure reporting accurately reflects contract performance.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes, reducing administrative effort and improving reporting efficiency.
- Support the development of a reliable Data and performance analytics environment, bringing together information from multiple operational and business systems.
- Partner with Business Systems and Operational Excellence teams to continuously improve data architecture, reporting processes and system integration.
- Deliver agreed reporting, analysis and improvement initiatives within required timelines, quality standards and governance requirements.
- Build strong and collaborative working relationships across the Contract team and with internal and external stakeholders.
