Utilise your Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation Counselling skills across a diverse and rewarding position combining quality occupational rehabilitation with opportunities to contribute to innovative workplace health projects.

Working within your scope of practice, you will provide tailored services across DVA, Comcare, return-to-work and early intervention clients, with interesting mental health presentations forming part of the caseload. Beyond supporting recovery and return to work,



you will have opportunities to contribute to proactive workplace initiatives focused on injury prevention, wellbeing and better health outcomes.

You will be well supported by an experienced General Manager, Team Leader and wider leadership team, while joining a connected Brisbane office of multidisciplinary professionals who care about the quality of their work and the clients they support.

In your role, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments such as vocational assessments, assessments of daily living, worksite assessments, and providing return-to-work case management.

- Rolling out of a range of unique projects within government worksites such as wellness at work, injury prevention, early intervention and more

- Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.

- Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.

- Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team

- Participating in team meetings, collaborative projects and more

- High-level reporting

Requirements:

- Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology (registered).

- Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC.

- Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.

- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is desired however not essential – clinicians are warmly welcomed!
