About You:

- Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, with practice experience of 5 years +

- Friendly, positive, energetic, and personable.

- Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills.

- Well-developed therapy and diagnostic skills.

- Experience managing a varied caseload.

- Confidence and proven ability in building qualified relationships and referral networks.

- A genuine interest in supporting the growth and development of Speech Pathology service at Peak Physio.

- Experienced in mentoring other Speech Pathologists.

- Excellent time management.

- Avid learner, committed to ongoing development and professional excellence.

- Reliable and honest. We value integrity above all else.

It would be a bonus if you have experience or interest in Workers Compensation, CTP, Paediatrics, Aged Care / Support at Home, Assistive technology and home modifications, functional capacity assessments, and complex disability.
