The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our Newstead, QLD office. This role is critical to supporting our ongoing expansion and ensuring we attract and retain top talent across all departments. As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital part in streamlining our recruitment processes, managing candidate communications, and supporting the delivery of an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruiting for electricians, apprentices, installers, trade roles, internal call centre & finance teams, as well as field lead generators.

- Coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews

- Managing candidate databases and tracking applicant progress

- Conducting initial telephone and video interviews with candidates to assess suitability for roles

- Preparing recruitment documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials

- Organising and coordinating interview panels, reference checks, and accreditation verifications.

- Processing pre-employment paperwork and maintaining accurate recruitment records

- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees,



including coordinating induction activities and welcome communications

- Assisting with the development and maintenance of recruitment policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in recruitment or HR (in-house or agency)

- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment environments

- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities concurrently

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

- Ability to deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience

Experience recruiting within solar, electrical, construction, or trade-based industries will be highly advantageous.
