Start date: November 2026
About eventchain
eventchain is a modern B2B SaaS platform trusted by some of Australia's leading corporate and sporting organisations to orchestrate complex, repeatable events. We're a small, focused team of professionals building a world-class product — and we're looking for an experienced Corporate Accounts Manager to help us deepen and grow our client relationships.
The Role
You'll be the key relationship owner for a portfolio of major corporate accounts, including NRL, Asahi, Telstra, and Lion. This is a relationship-first role: You'll lead onboarding for new teams, act as the primary point of contact for our clients day-to-day, and work alongside our development team and Product Manager to resolve issues quickly when they arise. You'll also help identify and scope new client opportunities as we continue to grow.
There's no direct sales target attached to this role — but helping us grow our brand, retain our clients, and bring on new corporate customers could generate bonuses tied to deliverables and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and nurture relationships across a portfolio of major corporate accounts (NRL, Asahi, Telstra, Lion)
- Lead onboarding for new corporate teams onto the eventchain platform
- Travel to client teams as needed to support onboarding, present workshops and strengthen relationships. Assume once per Quarter.
- Monitor client engagement and act as the primary escalation point for client issues, work directly with our development team based on Vietnam and/or our product manager to resolve them
- Identify and scope new client opportunities
- Possible on site presence for up to 2 days per week at venues or with teams
- Champion the eventchain brand and product in every client interaction
About You
Essential Criteria:
- 2+ years' experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar client-facing role
- Confident communicator, comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders at large organisations
- Flexible to travel periodically to meet with clients
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Able to develop a solid working knowledge of the eventchain product and explain it clearly to stakeholders of all technical abilities
- Skilled in building EDMs to support client communications and onboarding
- Able to translate client needs accurately when briefing our overseas development team, based in Vietnam
- As part of a small team, willing to pitch in on tasks outside the strict scope of the role when needed
- Comfortable using modern software tools in day-to-day work. We have begun using AI for operational efficiency, This is likely to increase.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in corporate events, sport, or a related industry is an advantage
- Previous experience with SaaS products
- Confident skills with HTML/CSS
How We Work
We're a fully remote team. There is also the option of working one day per week in a shared office space for those who'd like to cross-skill and connect in person with the team.
To Apply
We read every application carefully, so please skip the cookie-cutter cover letter. Applications will not be considered without a cover letter telling us specifically how you'd bring value to our team and our clients — we'd love to hear it in your own words.
