As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Brisbane team.

Working across residential, commercial and strata insurance repair projects, you'll oversee multiple projects, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to an exceptional standard.

About the Role

Based in Brisbane, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 40 active insurance building projects, each at different stages of completion.

You'll be responsible for coordinating trades, liaising with insurers, clients, and customers, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring every project delivers a positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing a portfolio of approximately 40 concurrent insurance building projects.

- Planning and coordinating trades to ensure projects run efficiently.

- Monitoring project costs, variations, profitability and deadlines.

- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, strata managers and other key stakeholders.

- Reviewing scopes of work, reports and project documentation.





- Ensuring compliance with QBCC requirements, WHS legislation and relevant building standards.

- Maintaining high levels of workmanship, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects,



thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding outcomes.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Supervisor.

- Strong commercial awareness, including managing budgets, margins and variations.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Confidence communicating with trades, clients, insurers and stakeholders.

- A proactive approach with a commitment to quality and customer service.

- A desire to grow your career within an expanding organisation.

Experience within insurance building is highly regarded; however, we also welcome experienced construction supervisors from residential or commercial backgrounds who are ready to transition into the insurance sector.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent).

- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or willingness to obtain).

- White Card / Construction Induction Card.

- Current Driver Licence.

- Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
