Established in Sydney in 2010, this specialist commercial fitout and refurbishment contractor has grown into a team of more than 50 people and delivered over $520M in projects.

Around 90% of its business is repeat work, built through long-standing relationships with major property groups, project managers and corporate clients.

The business combines strong systems and professional project delivery with a close-knit culture where senior management remains accessible and site teams are genuinely supported.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects primarily from $1M - $10M, leading the site from commencement through to handover.





You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers and established subcontractors, with the systems, planning and support around you to concentrate on delivering an exceptional project.

You'll have the autonomy to run your site, make decisions and drive the programme without being left to solve every problem yourself.

About You

- Trade or tertiary qualification

- Strong commercial fitout and refurbishment experience

- Excellent programming and organisational skills

- Strong eye for quality and finishes

- Stable employment history

- Reliable references
