The Pink Group is a specialist pest management provider with operations across NSW, the ACT, and the South Pacific. While our head office is located in Caringbah, our technicians travel and service clients all over the region. We are currently looking for a motivated Trainee Technician to jump into the driver’s seat and join our field crew.

No prior experience is necessary. We set you up for absolute success from day one by providing a fully maintained company vehicle, complete uniforms, and a company phone all while paying you a full-time wage while you complete your training.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the face of The Pink Group on the road, you will protect residential and commercial properties from unwanted pests. Under the mentorship of our senior technicians, you will learn to:

- Explore & Inspect: Travel to different sites daily to investigate, diagnose, and hunt down pest activity.

- Problem Solve: Learn to safely apply advanced timber pest treatments, general pest management.

- Master the Gear: Use and maintain specialized, industry leading tools and equipment.

- Advise & Reassure: Talk with our valued clients across various areas, giving them peace of mind and expert tips.

- Track Your Success: Keep accurate digital records of treatments and recommendations using your company phone.
