You don't need previous claims experience to succeed in this role. We're open to people from a range of backgrounds who enjoy helping others, can confidently navigate difficult conversations and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Whether your experience is in customer service, contact centres, retail, healthcare, administration or claims, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Support customers through the early stages of their claim and recovery journey.
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions across phone and digital channels.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Provide clear guidance on the claims process and next steps.
- Manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Identify barriers to recovery and work with others to achieve positive outcomes.
- Make timely decisions and maintain accurate records.

What you'll bring

- Customer service experience and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with different people.
- Resilience and the ability to manage challenging or sensitive conversations.
- The ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.
- Sound judgement, problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- A collaborative approach and strong focus on customer outcomes.
