Qualified Baker – Denmark Banh Mi & Pho

Location: WA’s Spectacular South Coast

Due to increasing demand, Denmark Banh Mi & Pho is looking for an experienced and qualified Baker to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled baker with well-rounded baking experience who can confidently produce a range of quality breads, pastries and baked products.

Position Details

- Salary: $80,000 + superannuation for a qualified baker (Certificate III in Baking/Pastry plus at least 3 years’ experience)
- Employment: Full time
- Hours: Early morning starts and weekend work required
- Location: Denmark, Western Australia

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

- Preparing and producing a range of breads and pastry products
- Mixing, kneading, resting,



rolling, cutting and shaping dough
- Assisting with the preparation and construction of pastries, cakes and slices
- Glazing and dusting breads, pastries and other baked products
- Applying fillings, icings and decorations
- Preparing special-order products to a high standard
- Maintaining consistent quality, presentation and food safety standards
