- Uncapped commission based on portfolio performance
- The option to work remotely or from our Canberra office
- The ability to own your P&L; and build your empire, or focus solely on delivery if leadership isn’t your preference

Who We’re Looking For

- A seasoned recruitment professional with a demonstrated track record of business development and successful delivery to federal government clients in a commercial recruitment environment
- Evidence of longevity and consistent performance
- Ideally, someone whose existing client base has been impacted by recent procurement changes and is ready to leverage our SME advantage
