Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Electrician to join their growing team in Perth. This is a full-time, field-based role working across a variety of commercial sites, including shopping centres, building sites, and fit-out projects. The role offers a mix of reactive and planned maintenance, along with fit-out and new installation work, providing a strong variety day-to-day. Electricians will be provided with a company vehicle and will work independently or as part of a team, depending on project requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

- Attend sites to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including lighting, power, and switchboards
- Complete commercial fit-out installations including lighting, power, data, and switchboards
- Perform new electrical installations across construction and commercial sites
- Install and upgrade lighting systems, including LED and emergency lighting
- Run, terminate, and test cabling
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
- Conduct testing and ensure compliance with Australian standards
- Liaise with site managers,



builders, and clients regarding job progress
- Work independently in a company vehicle or within a team on larger projects
- Attend occasional service call-outs (optional)

What you’ll need:

- WA Electrical Licence and valid driver’s licence
- Experience in commercial maintenance and fit-out projects
- Ability to work autonomously with strong decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Team-oriented, reliable, and easy-going
- EWP experience highly regarded
