HSE Project Superintendent | FIFO | Cape Lambert, WA

About the Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the HSE Project Superintendent will provide leadership and strategic direction for health, safety and environmental performance across Goodline's Cape Lambert operations.

Leading a team of HSE Advisors, you will work closely with project management, supervisors, tradespeople and subcontractors to drive safe work practices, manage operational risk, ensure compliance and strengthen Goodline's safety culture across a diverse range of activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of HSE professionals

- Drive project-wide safety initiatives and compliance programs

- Develop and review high-level risk assessments and management plans

- Ensure compliance with legislative, client and company HSE requirements

- Conduct audits, inspections and workplace verifications

About You





You are an experienced HSE leader with a strong background supporting multidisciplinary construction, maintenance and shutdown environments within the resources sector.

- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum) or higher qualification

- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, systems and best practice

- Demonstrated experience within the mining, resources or related industries

- Experience developing project deliverables including risk assessments and management plans

- ICAM Investigation Training (or equivalent)
