Are you a confident, driven salesperson who knows how to build trust, take control of a conversation and close deals?

Ascend Promotions is expanding our solar and energy division, and we’re looking for a high performing Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves sales. Someone competitive, motivated by results and hungry to earn.

You’ll be backed by our dedicated lead generation team, appointment confirmation systems and ongoing sales training, allowing you to focus on what you do best:

Sitting appointments. Building value. Closing deals.

WHY YOU’LL WANT THIS ROLE

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your day searching for customers or cold calling.

Our face to face lead generation team is on the ground generating and qualifying opportunities, with appointments booked directly into your calendar.

Your job is to turn those opportunities into sales.

You’ll have access to:

• 2 to 5 qualified, pre booked appointments per day

• Uncapped earning potential

• Competitive base with a strong commission structure

• Dedicated lead generation and appointment setting team

• Appointment confirmation and customer follow up systems

• Ongoing sales and product training

• Experienced support throughout the sales process

ABOUT THE ROLE





You’ll meet homeowners across Adelaide and help them understand how solar and battery solutions can reduce their electricity costs and give them greater control over their energy usage.

Your day will involve:

• Attending 2 to 5 pre booked in home appointments per day

• Building rapport and understanding each customer’s situation

• Reviewing electricity usage, existing solar systems and energy requirements

• Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions

• Clearly explaining potential savings, system options and finance solutions

• Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale

• Managing your customers and follow ups through Zoho CRM

• Maintaining a strong sales pipeline

• Working towards clear individual and team targets

• Continuously developing your sales and closing ability

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to attend appointments.

We want a closer.

Someone who backs themselves, enjoys the pressure of sales and gets satisfaction from turning an opportunity into a result.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have previous face to face sales experience

• Are confident presenting and closing

• Can build trust quickly with different types of people

• Understand how to uncover customer needs and build value

• Are comfortable handling objections

• Are competitive and motivated by performance

• Take ownership of your results

• Are organised and capable of managing a sales pipeline





• Have a strong willingness to learn and improve

• Bring positive energy to a team environment

• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence

• Have access to a reliable vehicle

Previous solar or battery sales experience is highly regarded, but it isn’t essential for the right salesperson.

If you can sell, communicate and close, we can teach you the product.
