GLOW is a private multidisciplinary specialist perinatal emotional health and wellbeing clinic . We offer an innovative etablished clinic in an ambient, modern light filled space. GLOW services include perinatal psychiatrists and psychologists, child psychologists and Paediatric specialists, dietitian and couples counsellor.

About the role

We are seeking a warm, skilled, and organised receptionist to join our small reception team. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting clients, our 13 clinicians, and referrers in a compassionate healthcare environment.

Wednesday 10am to 6:00pm weekly

This position is available to commence immediately.

Key responsibilities

- Managing incoming calls and patient enquiries

- Booking and coordinating appointments

- Managing referrals, correspondence, and medical documentation

- Processing payments and Medicare claims

- Liaising with GPs and other health professionals





- Accurate data entry and record management

- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy

About you

- Minimum 2 years experience as a medical receptionist

- Experience in a Mental Health or paediatric practice desirable

- Proficient user of practice management software (Knowledge of Xestro highly regarded)

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- Confident computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly

- Current Employee Working with Childrens Check (WWC)

- Must have Australian work rights
