About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Broker or Loan Writer who can confidently manage client enquiries, structure deals, and drive applications through to settlement and is preferably accredited with Connective.

This is a remote role, giving you the freedom to work from home while still being part of a collaborative, high‑performing team.

Manage inbound client enquiries and assess borrowing capacity, prepare loan applications and supporting documentation, and liaise with lenders, BDMs, and clients throughout the process. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with industry and lender requirements, and work efficiently to meet timelines and settlement targets.

Key responsibilities

- Manage inbound client enquiries and assess borrowing capacity

- Prepare loan applications and supporting documentation

- Liaise with lenders, BDMs, and clients throughout the process

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

- Ensure compliance with industry and lender requirements





- Work efficiently to meet timelines and settlement targets

What we are looking for

- Experience as a Loan Writer, Mortgage Broker, or similar lending role

- Solid understanding of lender policies and loan structures

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Collaborative team player who can also work autonomously and take ownership of their workload

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain immediately)
