About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time Senior Service Advisor to join our growing team in our Mutli-Franchise Service Department . Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming customers when vehicles are brought in for service

- Tracking work being done on vehicles & keeping customers informed

- Providing quality advice and following through on promises made to our customers

- Following up and delivering vehicles on time

- Invoicing job cards and explaining completed work to customers prior to collecting money

- Providing feedback to management where relevant

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

- A reliable & customer-focused attitude

- Strong communication skills with a wide range of customers

- The ability to prioritise tasks and use initiative

- A team-player mindset with a drive to grow within the role & business





- Experience in a similar role – Multi franchise/High Volume dealership experience highly regarded

- Experience in Pentana operating systems and invoicing through ERAPower.
