Contract | 2–3 Days Per Week | Initial 6-Month Engagement | Brisbane

We have three funded consumer products that we are ready to take to the next stage, and we are looking for the right person to help us make that happen.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience taking a physical product from an idea through development, sourcing, prototyping, manufacturing and ultimately towards market.

You will work directly with the founder and take responsibility for keeping each product moving, doing the research, finding the right suppliers and manufacturers, obtaining quotes, coordinating prototypes and presenting practical options so we can make decisions and move forward.

We are not looking for someone to simply manage a project plan. We want someone who enjoys making things happen.

The Role

We currently have three very different consumer products in development across the personal care, wellness and consumer product space.

The concepts and funding are already in place. What we need now is someone with the experience and initiative to help turn them into commercial products. someone highly organised, initiative, practical and resourceful

You will:

- Research and source manufacturers, suppliers and production partners

- Obtain and compare quotes and commercial proposals

- Coordinate prototypes, samples and product development

- Source packaging, printing and branding suppliers where required

- Work directly with manufacturers and production facilities

- Research regulatory, compliance and testing requirements

- Develop realistic budgets and timelines





- Identify potential problems early and find practical solutions

- Present recommendations and options for decision-making

- Keep all three products moving towards launch

- Use AI and other digital tools to support research, supplier sourcing, analysis and project planning

About You

You are practical, organised and commercially minded, and you enjoy making things happen.

You will be working directly with an entrepreneur, so you’ll be comfortable in an environment where ideas can move quickly, priorities can change and not everything arrives in a perfectly organised package.

You are someone who can take those ideas, bring structure around them and work out what needs to happen next, while keeping things on track when new ideas or opportunities come into the mix.

You know how to talk to manufacturers and suppliers, ask the right questions, negotiate pricing, and follow things through.

Most importantly, you enjoy turning ideas into something real.

Your background may be in:

- Product development or commercialisation

- New Product Development (NPD)

- FMCG or consumer products

- Procurement or supply chain

- Manufacturing

- Operations or commercial management

- Health, wellness or personal care products





Experience bringing physical products to market is key.

What We’re Looking For

We would like someone who has:

- Proven experience developing and launching physical products

- Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills

- Experience working with manufacturers and production partners

- Good commercial judgement

- Strong organisation and follow-through

- The ability to manage several products at different stages

- Initiative and confidence to keep things moving

- Good communication and the ability to work closely with a founder

The Arrangement

This is initially a six-month contract for approximately 2–3 days per week, based in Brisbane.

We would like you working alongside the founder, particularly while we get to know each other and establish the projects.

There is potential for the role to grow as the products progress and further opportunities are developed.

The day rate will be negotiated depending on experience.
