About Us
Dee Wardrop Speech Pathology (DWSP) is a well-established and highly regarded private therapy practice supporting children, adults and families since 2006. We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive full-time Receptionist to join our welcoming administration team. The role is based across our Northcote and Coburg clinics.
This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and being the first point of contact for clients and families.
About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones and responding to enquiries
- Scheduling and managing appointments for clinicians
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
- Liaising with clinicians and supporting daily clinic operations
- General administrative duties to ensure smooth practice flow
- Full time position, including fortnightly evening or Saturday on a rotating roster
This role is based across our Northcote and Coburg locations,
so flexibility to work at both sites is essential.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Can multitask and remain calm in a busy workplace
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
- Demonstrates a positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Is tech savvy and comfortable using different email and customer management software systems
- Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience (healthcare experience highly regarded but not essential)
