ABOUT THE ROLE

South Gippsland Shire Council is seeking a reliable and community minded individual to join our team as a Casual School Crossing Supervisor. In this role, you will help ensure the safe crossing of children and other pedestrians at designated school crossings, contributing to the safety and wellbeing of our community. Ideally you will be available to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am and 9am and 3pm - 4pm Monday to Friday during school terms across a variety of locations throughout the South Gippsland area.

- $48.71 per hr + 12% Superannuation

ABOUT YOU

You will be:

- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Comfortable working independently.
- A confident communicator who can interact effectively with children, families and school communities.
- Committed to maintaining safe practices at all times.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to obtain, or hold a current Working with Children Check.
