Swinburne University is seeking an exceptional Associate Director, Culture, Leadership & Capability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that will help realise the ambitions of our Ad Astra 2030 strategy.

We are looking for an influential leader to join us and shape our future approach to culture, capability and leadership. You will lead the design of integrated enterprise programs, frameworks and pathways, guide investment and governance decisions, and partner with leaders across the University to embed sustainable organisational change.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced culture, capability, leadership or organisational transformation skilled to make a meaningful contribution to Swinburne’s Ad Astra 2030 strategy

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
• Proven expertise leading significant enterprise-wide culture, capability, leadership or organisational transformation programs with accountability for outcomes.
• Advanced ability to conceptualise and implement major organisational strategies, frameworks and policies.
• Comprehensive theoretical and applied knowledge of organisational culture, capability architecture, leadership development, change and benefits realisation.
• Demonstrated ability to provide authoritative advice and influence Executive, senior academic and professional leaders.
• Strong governance, commercial, investment, risk and program-performance capability.
• Demonstrated partnership capability across strategic program and BAU functions, including sustainable transition planning.

Qualifications
• Relevant postgraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and proven senior management expertise in organisational development, human resources,



psychology, business or a related field.
• Formal accreditation or advanced training in organisation development, change, program management, leadership development, evaluation or an equivalent field. (Preferable)
