About the role

A&K; Vic Pty Ltd is a bakery and cake ingredients distributor located in Bayswater, Victoria. We distribute ingredients for bakeries, cake houses, takeaway shops and packaging materials. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking self-starter to work in our warehouse from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders, which involves collecting products and getting them ready for dispatch

- Checking incoming goods against invoices and inspecting them to ensure they are free of damage

- Unloading delivery trucks and unpacking the contents of packages

- Using warehouse machinery, such as forklifts, to lift, place and remove items on high shelves or racks

- Sorting items and placing them in the correct location on shelves





- Complying with safety regulations to ensure a protected work workplace

- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area

About you

- Must possess a friendly personality

- Honesty, sense of pride, responsibility on their work, mindset of ownership on company property is a must

- Physically fit to heavy lift
