Do you love helping people and are sales driven?

As part of JVC Group, Australia’s largest Anytime Fitness operator, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an exceptional PT & Member Experience Manager who genuinely loves helping people, is sales driven and wants to take ownership of growing our PT business while becoming a driving force behind member retention, engagement, utilization and community.

You'll be responsible for building a strong base of paying PT clients and generating meaningful PT revenue.

But we don't want every hour of your week booked back-to-back with PT clients.

We want you impacting the entire club.

You'll have dedicated time to onboard new members, support people who need help, increase gym utilization, re-engage members who are losing momentum and build a community people genuinely want to be part of.

You'll Grow Our PT Business

Sales is a major part of this role.

Confident and engaging authentically without being pushy, salesy or transactional

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people and is sales driven - someone who can connect with people, understand what they need and confidently help them take action.

You'll be expected to:

- Generate PT opportunities
- Conduct consultations
- Build a strong paying PT client base
- Ask excellent questions and build trust
- Confidently ask for the sale
- Retain and develop your clients
- Grow recurring PT revenue
- Take ownership of growing the PT side of the business

You'll Help Our Members Succeed

Your impact goes much further than your PT clients.

You'll:

- Onboard new members
- Check in with existing members
- Increase member utilization
- Identify members who are dropping off
- Re-engage members before they cancel
- Help members struggling with motivation
- Deliver group fitness
- Run challenges and events




- Build relationships
- Create community

We want someone who notices when a member hasn't trained recently and does something about it.

Someone who sees a new member looking unsure and introduces themselves.

Someone who genuinely gets satisfaction from helping another person succeed.

$70k + Super + Uncapped Bonus

You'll receive a $70,000 base salary + Super, with an uncapped KPI-driven bonus opportunity on top.

Your performance will be measured across outcomes including:

PT Growth • PT Revenue • Member Retention • Member Attrition • Member Utilization • Member Engagement

Who Are You?

You're someone who:

- Holds a Certificate IV in Fitness
- Has current First Aid & CPR
- Loves helping people
- Are sales driven and comfortable asking for the sale
- Can connect with almost anyone
- Is hungry to grow
- Takes ownership

Takes initiative without waiting for direction

- Loves seeing people get results
- Wants to build and lead a successful PT team

You don't need to be the finished product, But you do need to have energy, initiative, commercial drive and an exceptional ability to connect with people.
