About the role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team located in Barossa on a Full Time basis. This role will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

- Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone & email in a professional and courteous manner

- Assisting customers with order processing, tracking, and resolution of any issues

- Carry out material planning enquiries daily identifying stock requirements

- Liaise with Suppliers for ordering of all printed and generic dry goods

- Generate purchase orders and customer invoices

- Track orders to ensure timely delivery

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

- Maintain updated records of purchased products,



delivery information and invoices.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role

- Wine and Beverage industry experience is highly regarded

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of the organisation
