We’re expanding and looking for a Site Manager who wants to take ownership, lead with confidence, and be part of a supportive, professional team.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll run high-end residential renovation and extension projects from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.

Typical project values range from $500k–$2M,



and you’ll generally manage multiple sites at a time across Melbourne’s inner suburbs.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate carpentry teams and trades onsite
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across projects
• Plan and schedule site activities to meet stage targets
• Communicate with architects, surveyors, and clients
• Run regular site meetings and manage client relationships
• Manage reporting, timesheets, and scheduling in project systems

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred) with 4+ years industry experience
• Experienced in residential construction, ideally renovations/extensions
• Confident managing trades and stakeholders onsite
• A solid communicator and practical problem-solver
• Organised, with solid time management and attention to detail
• Licensed (White Card + Full VIC Driver’s Licence)

Bonus if you’ve used project platforms such as BuildXact, Asana, Procore or similar.
