EquaVetz is an Australian-owned equine brand entering an exciting new chapter. Recently rebranded from EquaCare, it is growing fast with a transparent ambition: to become the leading performance system brand for horses under demand.

Its Stable Performance System supports horses in work through nutrition for daily foundations, condition and recovery. Its Daily Care System brings an inside-out approach to coat and skin health for owners who want the best for their horses.

As a growing and forward-thinking company, we offer a collaborative, values-driven environment where accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of how we work every day.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help deliver EquaVetz’s marketing activity. You’ll keep content, campaigns and ongoing marketing work organised, coordinate creators and partners, and make sure the details are followed through.

You’ll work with the GM of Marketing, who sets brand direction and marketing priorities, and with the Head of Digital, who leads email and website execution. This role suits someone who can turn direction into clear briefs, strong content and well-run activity.

The Marketing Coordinator role includes;

Content and campaigns

· Maintain the marketing and social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

· Brief and coordinate designers, photographers, creators and other suppliers.

· Write, edit, schedule and publish content, adapting assets for different channels and audiences.

· Coordinate campaign assets, copy, approvals and delivery across channels.

· Monitor social comments and messages, responding where appropriate and escalating issues when needed.

Performance marketing

· Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google,

working with an agency where appointed.

· Brief paid campaign creative and copy, and coordinate assets, approvals and campaign updates.

· Monitor spend and performance, including ROAS, CPA and CTR, and recommend changes to improve results.

Email, website and e-commerce

· Work with the Head of Digital to deliver email campaigns and customer lifecycle activity, providing briefs, copy, creative assets and campaign timings.

· Prepare website copy and promotional assets for Shopify, working with the Head of Digital to publish changes.

· Coordinate website content for campaigns and ongoing updates, ensuring briefs, assets and deadlines are clear.

Ambassadors and partnerships

· Coordinate content from ambassadors, riders and writers, including briefs, deadlines, approvals and deliverable tracking.

· Support partner activity by keeping agreed assets and commitments on track.

Retail and events

· Coordinate point-of-sale materials, product information and campaign assets for stockists and retail partners.

· Help organise shoots, secure visits, sponsorships and trade booths at equine events, including suppliers, assets and schedules.

· Provide occasional support with media materials or requests when needed.

Planning and reporting

· Keep marketing plans, project trackers and supplier deadlines up to date.

· Track campaign activity and spend against agreed plans, flagging changes before commitments are made.

· Pull together concise results from content, campaigns and events, with observations on what worked and what could improve.

· Apply EquaVetz’s brand and tone consistently across all marketing materials.

To apply, you will need;

· Around 3–5 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing or content role, ideally with a consumer brand.

· Must have horse experience and be comfortable shooting content around horses.

· Direct industry experience in performance horses or racing, either personally or professionally.

· Ability to identify brand-worthy horses for content, with a clear understanding of the image and video standard needed to match a premium brand.

· Strong writing, content coordination and campaign delivery skills.

· Experience working with designers, creators and external suppliers.

· Hands-on Meta Ads experience, working knowledge of Google Ads, and the ability to interpret results and work effectively with an agency.

· Familiarity with email marketing and e-commerce; Klaviyo and Shopify experience is highly regarded.

· Strong organisation, follow-through and judgement about when to seek direction.

· Availability for occasional shoots, stable visits and events.

You’ll help bring a growing equine brand to life across digital, retail and the horse community. You’ll have clear direction from the GM of Marketing, with the support of the Head of Digital, and see your work take shape across the business.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. All qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to any protected characteristic.

Apply now and help us build the next chapter of our commercial success.
