Key responsibilities
- Managing rental enquiries and following up prospective tenants
- Conducting engaging and professional open-for-inspections
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Building strong relationships with prospective renters and owners
- Providing exceptional customer service from enquiry through to application
- Staying across available properties and leasing opportunities
- Working closely with the Property Management team to achieve great results
About you
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated
- Passionate about real estate and delivering great customer service
- Confident and naturally great at building relationships
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
- A strong communicator with excellent follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently while being a team player
- Hungry to learn, grow and build a successful career in real estate
- Current driver's licence required
- Relevant Victorian real estate certification required
