We are a specialist high-end residential concrete and formwork company delivering exceptional projects across some of Australia’s most prestigious locations, including Vaucluse, Palm Beach and the Gold Coast.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking two Project Managers to join our team:

- Senior Project Manager – Full Time

- Junior Project Manager – Part Time or Full Time (minimum 3 days per week)

Based from our office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, these roles offer the opportunity to work across premium residential builds while being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.

Senior Project Manager – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum 5 years’ experience who understands the demands of delivering high-quality residential construction projects.

You will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through to completion, coordinating teams, managing suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple high-end residential concrete and formwork projects

- Coordinate and support site teams and supervisors

- Procure materials and manage supplier relationships

- Organise site deliveries and project logistics

- Attend site meetings and maintain strong project communication

- Monitor project progress, scheduling and priorities

- Provide practical support to teams working on-site

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management

- Strong construction knowledge, preferably within concrete, formwork or high-end residential construction





- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Strong written and spoken English

- Ability to manage people, deadlines and multiple priorities

- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail

- A current driver’s licence

- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team workplace

Junior Project Manager – Part Time or Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in construction project management.

No previous Project Management experience is required — we are looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day project coordination

- Support senior management and site teams

- Assist with procurement, deliveries and scheduling

- Attend site visits and project meetings

- Help track project progress and maintain project documentation

- Develop an understanding of construction project management processes

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Strong written and spoken English

- A willingness to learn and take ownership

- Positive communication skills

- A practical, hands-on approach

- A current driver’s licence

- A positive personality and ability to work well with a team

- Enjoys a workplace with good communication, teamwork and a bit of banter
