Join us as a Part-Time Library Assistant and help connect our community with knowledge, resources and opportunities. In this customer-focused role, you'll work 12 hours per week assisting library members to access services, resources and facilities.

You'll bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a supportive team, all while making a meaningful contribution to the community you serve.

You'll make an impact by:

- Supporting customers in the use of library facilities, resources and PC applications.
- Delivering excellent face to face customer service to all library users.
- Issuing and return library materials.
- Organising library resources
- Efficient operation library equipment.
- Responding to borrowers' enquiries and provide information services.

What you'll bring:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team




- Strong computer literacy and understanding of common software packages
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid certificate.

This position offers an attractive hourly salary ranging from $33.90 to $39.40per hour plus superannuation
