Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist looking for flexible, meaningful work where your specialist skills can have a genuine impact?

What You'll Be Doing:

Rather than simply providing clinical advice, you'll have the chance to coach, mentor and empower educators with practical strategies they can use every day.
Depending on your area of expertise, you may support:

- Communication, language and social development
- Sensory processing and emotional regulation
- Fine and gross motor development
- Self-help and independence skills
- Inclusive learning and participation
- Neurodiversity and developmental needs
- Visual supports and AAC strategies
- Environmental adaptations and sensory-friendly spaces
- Transitions, routines and participation
- Individual support strategies and inclusion planning

Who We're Looking For:

We're keen to hear from qualified:
Speech Pathologists





- Degree qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience supporting children's communication and development
- Current WWCC

Occupational Therapists

- Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience supporting children and/or education and care environments
- Current WWCC

Experience working with children aged 0–12 years, developmental delays, disability, neurodiversity or inclusive education and care environments will be highly regarded.

Pre-Employment Checks Successful applicants will be required to complete:

- Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Two employment references

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications are desirable.
