About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dental Equipment Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, visiting dental practices to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical dental Equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field. You will also receive training on Ambulance and Emergency Equipment and Plasma Sterilizers.

Key responsibilities

- Install and configure new dental equipment, including dental chairs, delivery units, panoramic X-ray systems, compressors, and vacuum pumps.

- Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety calibrations to ensure practices remain operational and compliant with health regulations.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults on-site.

- Train dental clinic staff on proper equipment operation and basic daily maintenance routines.

- Manage inventory of spare parts in your office and service vehicle and document all service calls accurately using our digital service system.





- Maintain solid relationships with clinic managers and dentists by providing transparent cost estimates and exceptional service.

About you

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in biomedical, dental, or complex electro-mechanical equipment repair (Field service experience preferred).

- Strong proficiency in reading schematics, diagnosing electrical circuits, and basic plumbing/pneumatic systems.

- Comfortable installing software drivers and connecting digital imaging equipment to local clinic networks.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a professional, customer-friendly demeanor.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel and pass mine site drug testing. (essential for travel).

- Ability to lift up to [e.g., 25kg], bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces.
