About the role
We’re seeking a proactive HR Officer to join our dynamic People Operations and Business Partnering team. In this pivotal role, you’ll deliver high-level, contemporary HR services within a supportive, people-centric, and culture-first workplace. You’ll manage day-to-day HR tasks independently and in collaboration with our HR Business Partners, using your initiative and problem solving skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented HR Officer to join our People Operations and Business Partnering team.
You will be working across a broad range of HR and administrative activities,
you’ll help deliver a responsive and modern HR service that supports our people and the organisation. From providing practical HR advice and managing key documentation and records to partnering with stakeholders across the business, you’ll use your generalist HR expertise to keep things running smoothly and on schedule. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify and improve processes, helping create more efficient and effective ways of working across the HR function.

About you
You will bring:
Essential:
- Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management) is preferred, however equivalent relevant experience and the intention to gain the qualification will be considered.
- Highly proficient digital literacy skills including Word, and Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing demands and tasks will be critical to your success.

What you'll need
