Machine Operators/Production Operator

Forklift - Counterbalance required for these positions. it is essential to have experience. Hi-Reach with Double Deep Experience will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operator/Team Leader you will:

- Operate and monitor packaging and equipment for efficient production and packaging
- Conduct quality checks and ensure product specifications are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Follow safety and operational procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to meet targets and improve processes.

- Solid mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills

Continuous Roster(24/7): Sunday to Saturday. Shifts are 12 hours long. Working from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Week 1 - 1 day off, 3 nights on, 2 days off, 1 day on.
Week 2 - 1 day on, 3 days off, 2 nights on, 1 day off.
Week 3 - 1 day off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 1 night on.
Week 4 - 1 night on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 1 day off.

Permanent Work rights in Australia only. Working Holiday Visa will not be considered.
