As demand for our project delivery services continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a mining operation in the delivery of a major tailings storage facility (TSF) lift and a portfolio of sustaining capital projects.

The Opportunity

This is a site-based role responsible for leading the planning, execution and delivery of capital projects within an operating mine setting. The immediate priority will be the successful delivery of a significant TSF lift, requiring strong civil and earthworks project management expertise.

Working closely with site leadership and key stakeholders, you will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contractors and project risks while ensuring all work is delivered safely and in accordance with site and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of a major tailings storage facility (TSF) lift project.
- Manage a portfolio of site capital projects from concept through to execution and handover.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and contractor activities.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and governance standards.




- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Build effective relationships with site stakeholders, contractors and consultants.
- Drive project outcomes that support operational performance and long-term asset reliability.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience delivering tailings storage facility (TSF) lifts, expansions or dam-related projects within mining.
- Strong civil, earthworks, construction or geotechnical project delivery experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing capital projects in an operational mining environment.
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules and project controls.
- A practical and collaborative approach to project delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
