As a Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for selling parts on the counter, ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Sell parts on the counter and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Interpret customer needs and identify the correct spare parts using various reference materials and computer programs
- Answer phone calls to Trade & Retail Customers
- Work with the Team to Meet KPI's
- Maintain and update the inventory system to accurately track stock and sales data
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to expand knowledge and skills
About you
- Strong experience in automotive spare parts, particularly in the second-hand market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with phone sales
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
