The Opportunity
We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Content team and help bring the Petal & Pup world to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest. Reporting to our Senior Social Media Content Creator, you'll be hands-on across everything from filming and editing to community engagement, content shoots and day-to-day scheduling.



This is a brilliant role for someone who loves social, loves being part of the action both on and off camera, and wants to help grow one of Australia's most loved fashion brands online.

The Role
As part of our Content team, you will:

- Create and manage engaging content across platforms — text, image, video and graphics — including owning our TikTok staff content
- Play a key role in growing our TikTok presence through platform-native content, trends and experimentation
- Film, edit and appear in content, including greenscreen videos, Q&As; and trend videos
- Support social media campaigns and keep a pulse on trends and brand mentions through social listening
- Manage community engagement — responding to comments, tags, messages and mentions across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Source, vet and manage organic UGC, including usage rights and creator communications
- Schedule and manage content in Dash Hudson, including linking products and writing Pinterest captions and titles
- Prep for shoots — pulling and steaming product, organising props, and helping set up the studio
- Support on set with filming, styling and capturing behind-the-scenes content for Stories, TikToks and Reels




- Keep our content library organised, from Dropbox uploads to post-shoot garment sorting

About You
You'll bring:

- 2+ years' experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong portfolio to show for it
- Confidence on camera and behind it — you can present, film and edit content that feels natural, on-brand and made for the feed
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt to our brand's tone and style
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Dash Social, CapCut or Premiere Pro
- A creative eye, with graphic design skills considered a bonus
- Great communication skills and a genuine love of collaborating with a team
- An understanding of SEO, content optimisation and paid social strategies
- The ability to juggle multiple projects, manage your time, and stay adaptable in a fast-moving space
- Bonus points if you understand both the Australian and US markets — we're a global brand with a big US following
