About the role

KB Civil is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Supervisor to join our growing team on a full-time salaried basis. This is a key position within our business overseeing civil construction and bulk earthworks projects based in South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee civil construction and bulk earthworks projects
- Lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant
- Plan daily works and ensure projects stay on programme
- Monitor quality, productivity and site costs
- Liaise with clients, engineers and project managers
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Complete daily reporting, dockets, timesheets and site documentation
- Identify and resolve issues before they become problems

About you

- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor / Senior Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and bulk earthworks
- Excellent understanding of plant, production and construction methodology




- High attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications
- Ability to organise crews, plant and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of WHS and quality requirements
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on site
- Reliable and professional
