We own and operate several well-established motels in Australia, one that is based in Hervey Bay.
It is essential that you are familiar with MS Office applications. (Word, Basic Excel, Microsoft Outlook, attaching documents to email, basic formulas on existing Excel worksheets)
Training of the Reservation Software will be provided but any prior experience in hospitality needs listing in your resume'. Preference will be given to applicants with previous exposure to RMS or similar software
You would be required for both open and close shifts -
Mornings 07:00am – 15:00pm
Afternoons 11:00am - 19:00pm or 20:00pm depending on season

This position would suit a reliable & mature person who has had previous office/administration experience that has kept up to date with Microsoft applications and is a confident computer operator.
We're looking for someone that presents well, is enthusiastic with a personality that connects easily with people and has strong local knowledge.
Duties include, but are not limited to: -
*Checking guests in
*Checking guests out
*Checking Inventory with online booking sites to ensure competitive pricing
*Answering Telephone enquiries and booking reservations
*Processing online reservations with a high degree of accuracy
*Answering Email inquiries from our website
*Reconciling Daily Cash Transactions against the EFTPOS terminal
*Preparing Tax Invoices on Departure as required
*Receipting Customer accounts
