We are seeking someone that is versatile and adaptable with sales and administration duties, someone who has strong communication skills, who is not afraid to ask questions, is a team player and someone who can add to our existing vibrant culture. You will work closely with our NSW State Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver major events across the state.

You will use your admin experience to turn ideas into seamless, memorable experiences — all while building strong, lasting relationships and keeping projects on time and on budget.

What you will be doing:

- Build and maintain strong relationships through tailored communications and events.

- Provide tailored quotes and deliver excellent customer service every step of the way.

- Liaise directly with clients, partners, and site stakeholders to ensure all expectations are exceeded.





- Deliver post-event reports and debriefs to support continuous improvement.
