Due to continued growth across Australia and New Zealand, an exciting prospect exists for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion within the electrical power and high-voltage testing sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development activities across Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop strategic relationships with utilities and major industrial customers.
- Grow sales through existing and new channel partners.
- Working with regional sales managers and international industry directors from our overseas factories to develop national strategy.
- Promote advanced electrical testing, monitoring and diagnostic solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations,



workshops and product demonstrations.
- Attend Trade shows and workshops for the promotion of company products as well as deliver presentations if and when needed.
- Work closely with global product and technical teams
- Maintain accurate sales activity through CRM systems

Ideally, You'll Bring:

- Min 5+ years of technical sales or business development experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems -especially high voltage
- Exposure to substations, transformers or HV equipment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously across ANZ
- Experienced with business travel national and occasional international
- Previous experience, with heavy industry and/or with HV electrical testing equipment, should be highlighted to demonstrate your expertise within the industry.
- Engineering degree, engineering technology qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Completion of sales training classes - highly desirable
